Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting tasks and finance operations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and related documents.
• Perform data entry, filing and maintain proper financial records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly closing activities.
• Support preparation of financial reports and audit documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments on finance matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
