The role covers daily accounting tasks, data entry into SQL/AutoCount, and general office administration. Excel skills and good organization are essential for success in this entry-level position.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting/Business Studies or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good organization, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting entries such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry into accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount).
• Help with monthly bank reconciliations and financial report preparation.
• Manage petty cash, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• File and organize financial documents for audit and record-keeping purposes.
• Handle general office administration including filing, record-keeping, and supply management.
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier arrangements.
• Provide support in preparing simple documents, reports, and correspondences.
• Assist with general upkeep of the office and ensure smooth daily operations.
