Job summary

Pintas Trading in Malaysia is seeking an energetic junior accountant to support day-to-day financial tasks and learn our accounting processes.

You will record invoices, reconcile bank balances, assist with month-end close, and help maintain accurate billing while meeting deadlines. Training and development opportunities, a company mobile phone, medical coverage, and team events are provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants encouraged.
• Competency in any accounting software and MS Office would be added advantages.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, Malay and English.

Responsibilities

• Record invoices in the system and prepare payment vouchers.
• Monitor bank balances and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Carry out general accounting functions, CN & DN issuance and maintain filing.
• Maintain up-to-date billing and payments according to set deadlines.
• Assist in month-end account closing.
• Any other duties assigned by management.
