Job summary

LSPCM (Johore) Sdn Bhd, a metal scrap trading and recycling company in Kulai, Johor, seeks a meticulous Junior Account Executive to support daily accounting operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities include AR/AP processing, invoicing, reconciliations, and monthly closing in line with company procedures. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AutoCount help performance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable for trading, manufacturing and rental activities, including invoicing, payment follow-up and collection monitoring.
• Manage accounts payable for transport, utilities and subscription expenses, including supporting document verification, reconciliation and payment processing.
• Reconcile debtor and creditor accounts, monitor outstanding balances and support timely monthly closing.
• Prepare monthly sales and cost analyses, variance reports and other financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain rental records and monitor agreements, deposits, utility charges and payment schedules.
• Record accounting transactions accurately in AutoCount and maintain supporting documents.
• Assist with audit schedules, fixed asset records and other accounting tasks as assigned.
