Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.
• Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Accounts Executive.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Monitor AR/AP for timely collections and payments.
• Perform accurate data entry into the accounting system.
• Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents.
