Job summary

Panda Eyes in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified accounting professional with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting to join our finance team. The candidate will handle full set of accounts and monthly closings, and must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision.

Key duties include summarising financial status with balance sheets and P&L, liaising with auditors and tax agents, and managing day-to-day administrative activities. Bank reconciliations and general ledger checks are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting is required.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Reliable, dependable and independent.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle full set of accounts & Monthly Closing Preparations.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements and others reports.
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents
• To handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities
• Prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliations.
• Checking General Ledger
