Job summary

Legendary Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Malaysia to manage full sets of accounts, prepare monthly statements, and ensure financial accuracy. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and proficiency with SQL Accounting System, alongside knowledge of local standards and tax regulations.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and submit tax filings (e.g. SST, income tax).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Support management in financial analysis and decision-making.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
