Job summary

PRO ART MANAGEMENT is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to support post-project defects, maintenance issues, and site support across mall environments. You will oversee inspections, coordinate contractors, and maintain defect records to ensure timely, quality rectification works.

Fresh graduates are welcome or candidates with up to 3 years of defect management, building maintenance or interior fit-out experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, Building Maintenance or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome or candidates with up to 3 years’ experience in defect management, building maintenance, renovation or interior fit-out.
• Experience in mall/retail environments is a strong advantage.
• Ability to read simple drawings and understand installation details.
• Familiarity with mall renovation rules, access permits and safety guidelines.
• Willing to travel frequently between project sites and have own transport.
• Able to work occasional extended hours or weekends during urgent repairs.
• Familiar with renovation/construction tools & equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualification

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, Building Maintenance or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates whose willing to learn or anyone with maximum 3 years experience in defect management, building maintenance, renovation or interior fit-out work are welcome to apply.
• Experience or willing to experience working in mall/retail environments is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of interior finishes i.e. carpentry, painting, electrical fixtures, plumbing basics and etc.
• Ability to read simple drawings and understand installation details.
• Familiarity with mall renovation rules, access permits and safety guidelines.
• Willing to travel frequently between project sites.
• Must have own transportation (motorcycle/car).
• Able to work occasional extended hours or weekends during urgent repairs.
• Familiar with renovation/construction tools & equipment.
