Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Sr. Executive - Compliance to strengthen the Credit Management Group.

You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ISO standards while driving governance improvements across the organization. The role involves updating policies and templates, coordinating audits, monitoring non-compliance, and supporting cross-functional teams with regulatory guidance.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, credit management, compliance, or related functions.
• Experience in banking / financial services adds value.
• Knowledge of Malaysian laws and regulatory guidelines related to credit/collections.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and enhance policies, procedures, manuals, and templates within the Credit Management Group.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ISO standards.
• Act as the key coordinator for audit-related matters (internal & external).
• Monitor and identify non-compliance activities; elevate findings to Management with recommendations.
• Conduct annual policy reviews and ensure proper documentation control.
• Liaise with cross-functional departments on compliance matters and provide advisory support.
• Ensure adherence to guidelines from regulators and internal governance frameworks.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on compliance and regulatory updates.
• Perform compliance monitoring and reporting across departments.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive, Compliance to join our Credit Management Group. This role is critical in ensuring our credit operations remain compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ISO standards—while continuously improving governance practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Review, update, and enhance policies, procedures, manuals, and templates within the Credit Management Group

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ISO standards

Act as the key coordinator for audit-related matters (internal & external)

Monitor and identify non-compliance activities; elevate findings to Management with recommendations

Requirements:
