Handal Indah Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive growth across intracity, intercity, cross-border, and chartered services. The role requires strong leadership, client relationship skills, and the ability to analyze market trends.

The on-site position will involve developing strategies, forecasting, and collaborating with operations and marketing to offer competitive packages while traveling within the region as needed.

Formación

• Extensive experience in sales management, business development, or account management.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, pipeline management, and target setting.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Comfort with data analysis, forecasting, and market insights for management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Malay or other languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Johor Bahru and travel within the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
