Grab in Malaysia is seeking a growth leader based in Johor Bahru to own and implement regional growth programs across the Southern Region. You will work with cross‑functional teams to improve performance, refine operations, and drive sustainable expansion.

You will report to the OC Growth & Commercial Manager, lead a sales team, design incentive structures, manage budgets, and stay ahead of market trends to hit regional targets with data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be locally based in Johor Bahru.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Years of experience: at least 5 years and above; prior sales team leader experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement tailored acquisition strategies for Johor region.
• Explore and establish new channels to acquire and manage merchants.
• Oversee merchant acquisition pipeline and align with regional goals.
• Lead the sales team; design incentive structures and oversee payout processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity; provide feedback.
