Job summary

LAVU TECH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead JML-focused business analysis initiatives across HR, IT, IAM, and security teams. You will drive requirements, process standardization, and enterprise-wide solutions to improve employee lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and ensure compliance and operational excellence while delivering digital transformation initiatives and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience supporting Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
• Experience with global HR and IT stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution design.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation abilities.
• Experience with Service Now and Saviynt.
• Identity lifecycle knowledge and management.
• At least basic knowledge of Entra.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews across HR, IT, Security, and Business functions.
• Analyze and document end-to-end JML business processes and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate business process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Drive standardization and optimization of onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service capabilities.
• Support global transformation programs focused on workforce lifecycle management.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams.
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making.

An experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities for global Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes. The role will partner with HR, IT, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, and technology solutions that enhance employee lifecycle management. The candidate will be responsible for driving requirements, process standardization, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of enterprise-wide JML solutions while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.
