Job summary
COMET TECHNOLOGIES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Penang invites a Jira/Confluence & Microsoft 365 Administrator to join Group Functions. You will manage Jira/Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and oversee upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
You’ll work with Linux monitoring, Grafana/Prometheus, enforce IT governance and security, and provide user training and documentation. English proficiency required; German is a plus.

Qualifications
- Proven Jira/Confluence admin experience with data center and/or cloud setups.
- Strong Microsoft 365 admin experience (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
- Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID in hybrid environments; scripting skills.
- Solid troubleshooting in Linux, monitoring, and integrations.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and IT security for collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Jira/Confluence and MS 365 services.
- Plan updates, upgrades, and migrations; optimize performance in Linux environments.
- Manage Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive; enforce policies and lifecycles.
- Develop standards, provide user training, and create documentation and enablement materials.
- Test and implement plugins/interfaces; ensure backup, security, and cloud efficiency.
