Job summary

congatec GmbH in Malaysia seeks an IT Service Management Specialist focused on user support, client services, and IT service operations. You will handle 1st level support, device provisioning, identity and access management, and MS 365/Jira administration.

Ideal candidates have IT education and solid Windows/MS 365 knowledge with end-user support experience, plus strong communication and a service mindset to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Completed IT education or comparable qualification.
• Experience in 1st/2nd level IT support and end-user services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows client environments and Microsoft 365.
• Solid knowledge of Jira and workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level IT support for employees onsite and remotely as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain client devices and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions; support RBAC concepts.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Jira, and assist with Power Automate workflows.
• Procure and coordinate hardware and work with vendors for support.
