SK Jewellery Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Retail) to join our team across KL and other locations. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, process transactions, and drive sales in our jewellery retail environment.

The role demands a customer-first mindset, strong communication, ability to handle busy periods, and a willingness to learn about our collections. You will contribute to a premium shopping experience, build customer relationships, and support store

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Proven ability to handle multiple customers and transactions.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
