Qualificações

• Native-level Japanese proficiency required; reading & typing mandatory.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• 2–4 years experience in Customer Service / Live-chat; frontline operations training.
• Experience with financial institutions, fintech platforms, trading environments, or crypto products is advantageous.
• Educational background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related analytic/STEM fields preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with inquiries via live chat or email in Japanese and English.
• Ensure an efficient, accurate, high-quality customer service experience.
• Be well equipped with crypto trading platform, products, and market fundamentals; stay updated on market conditions.
• Diligently manage and follow up on inquiries or complaints from users.
• Translate customer needs into feedback and actionable solutions for management.
• Flag discrepancies, risks, or unusual situations to management in a timely manner.
• Seek continuous improvements to boost team performance and efficiency.
