Candidates should have native Japanese, strong English, 2–4 years in customer service, and familiarity with crypto platforms and market fundamentals.
Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese proficiency for complex written interactions.
- C2
- Strong English written and spoken communication.
- Experience in Customer Service / Live-chat, 2–4 years.
- Experience with financial institutions/fintech/crypto products is a plus.
- Educational background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Admin or STEM.
- Strong numerical acumen with data and statistics.
- Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and hybrid nights.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via live chat or email in Japanese and English.
- Provide high-quality, accurate customer service.
- Stay informed on crypto trading platforms, products, and market fundamentals.
- Follow up on inquiries and complaints from users.
- Understand customer needs and translate into feedback and solutions.
- Flag discrepancies and risks to management.
- Suggest improvements to team performance and processes.
