Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese proficiency for complex written interactions related to financial and crypto products.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• 2–4 years of Customer Service / Live-chat experience with frontline operations.
• Experience with financial institutions, fintech platforms, trading environments, or crypto products.
• Education in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related STEM field.
• Strong numerical acumen and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 5 days including weekends/public holidays; hybrid onsite day, remote night.
• Legal work authorization in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via live chat or email in Japanese and English.
• Ensure efficient, accurate, high-quality customer service.
• Be well equipped with crypto trading platforms, products, and market fundamentals.
• Diligently manage and follow up on inquiries or complaints from users.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand customer needs and convert them into constructive feedback and solutions for management.
