Responsibilities

• Familiarise with crypto trading platforms and market fundamentals.
• Follow up on inquiries or complaints from users.
• Translate customer needs into feedback and solutions for management.
• Flag discrepancies or risks to management in a timely manner.
• Suggest improvements to team performance and processes.
