Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, online sales, advertising sales, or a related sales organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English, including listening and comprehension.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, online advertising, and client engagement.
• Experience in outbound sales, consultative selling, lead generation, or client relationship management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with email, voicemail, and other business communication tools.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work in a competitive, target-driven environment.
• Ability to identify business opportunities, recommend suitable solutions, and influence client decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Comfortable engaging clients through telephone calls, chat, and email.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing clients, including agencies and advertisers, through outbound calls, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
• Understand advertisers’ business goals and provide consultative product recommendations aligned with their marketing objectives.
• Drive optimal product adoption and improve the overall advertiser experience.
• Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, with responsibility for revenue growth and client retention.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for relevant advertising products and solutions.
• Develop knowledge of digital advertising products, platforms, and available solutions.
• Identify sales trends, business challenges, and opportunities to improve campaign performance and revenue.
• Gather and communicate product insights, advertiser feedback, and recommendations to internal teams.
• Develop success stories by highlighting how advertisers have leveraged advertising solutions to grow their businesses.
• Use sales tools and platforms to engage advertisers, manage client interactions, and support growth.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow up on opportunities, and work toward sales targets.
