Job summary

Accenture is seeking an enthusiastic inside sales professional in Malaysia to act as the first contact in the sales process and to stay deeply informed about our products and processes. You will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and arrange meetings, using cold calls and emails to expand the client base.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, fluency in English and Japanese, and a proactive, teamwork-oriented approach to delivering a world-class user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–2 years' inside sales/customer engagement experience; outbound selling a plus.
• Fluent in English (B2) and Japanese; strong communication skills.
• Able to connect with customers, work in cross-functional teams and fast pace.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact in the sales process.
• Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and processes.
• Interface effectively with potential clients.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients.
• Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
• Recognize trends and patterns and escalate where needed.
