Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, acting as the primary contact and safeguarding sensitive data. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive brand image.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, B2 English proficiency, and at least 6 months in customer support. Fresh graduates in English-related fields are welcome to apply.

• B2 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension)
