Overview

Position in Civil Engineering/Architecture

Job Description

Coordinate monthly financial closing:

1. Check and review the profit & loss and balance sheet.
2. Prepare & analyze monthly management reports and provide comments & explanations on variances.
3. Prepare monthly management reports for the regional office.
4. Coordinate the monthly inventory taking and preparation schedule.
5. Prepare deferred tax calculations and tax provisions.
6. Propose monthly cash flow forecasts to determine bank borrowing based on cash requirements.
7. Prepare the budget.
8. Update the actual and forecast in the budget report.
9. Approve bank online payment transactions.
10. Calculate the monthly currency exchange rate and communicate with concerned parties.
11. Check the latest asset values to determine the sum issued coverage amounts.
12. Prepare and share production expenses budget vs actual monthly.
13. Report to the Managing Director.
14. Coordinate for the Actuarial Report.

Qualifications

Requirements

Must:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accounting.
2. 5 years of experience in Accounts.
3. Management experience.
4. Japanese skills (Above N2 level).
