Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Own transport required.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Basic cooking skills.
• Knowledge of office software.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the whole team with weekly meetings to motivate staff and achieve targets.
• Motivate staff and improve performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock according to requirements.
• Ensure hygiene standards are met across areas.
• Conduct regular stock takes.
• Submit reports and admin on time.
• Hold regular performance appraisals and identify training needs.
