Inov8 Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Support professional to assist clients locally. The role involves delivering high-quality support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email, within a multinational environment.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, maintain records, and escalate complex cases as needed; a valid Japanese passport is required and relocation to Malaysia is expected. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Japanese passport.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Service or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Basic to good English communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, chat and email
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary
