Job summary

Axi is seeking a Partnerships Manager in Malaysia to own the full lifecycle of IB and affiliate relationships, from onboarding to long-term performance. You will acquire high-quality partners in the Malaysian market and design growth plans that increase partner-referred client volume, net deposits, and active traders.

You will activate and engage partners, turning onboarded accounts into revenue contributors.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing IB or affiliate partner relationships in CFD/FX/crypto brokerage.
• Existing book of active IB or affiliate partners is essential and valued for transition to Axi.
• Hands-on MT4/MT5 experience to guide partners through platform functionality.
• Solid knowledge of CFD and crypto products to align with partner client bases.
• Proven activation and engagement strategies to move accounts to revenue.
• CRM data usage to segment partner behaviour and identify churn risk early.
• Fluent in English and Japanese; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical approach to portfolio management with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the full partner lifecycle for IB/affiliate partners from contact to onboarding and ongoing performance management.
• Lead acquisition of high-quality partners in the assigned market and onboard them to Axi’s partner system.
• Design and execute quarterly partner business plans to grow partner-referred client volume and deposits.
• Drive activation and ongoing engagement to convert partners into revenue contributors.
• Serve as the single point of contact for partner business, handling complaints and escalations per compliance.
• Deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities across CFDs, crypto, and copy trading based on partner behavior.
• Collaborate with trade marketing, product, and retention teams to align growth initiatives with strategy.
• Report partner pipeline health and portfolio performance to senior leadership with actionable insights.
