British American Tobacco (BAT) is hiring an ITGC Compliance Manager in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, to support the DBS Compliance team responsible for IT General Controls. The role focuses on embedding controls across DBS, evaluating non-compliance and driving remediation plans, and coordinating with senior management and risk stakeholders to strengthen the control environment.

Ideal candidates will have substantial IT governance experience, IT SOX familiarity, and strong analytical and communication

• Experience with IT governance and IT controls across functions.
• Familiarity with IT SOX controls and audits.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders.
