Job summary

ITC Infotech, a leading technology services provider, is seeking a compliance-focused professional in Subang Jaya, Malaysia to strengthen IT General Controls and IT SOX across its service lines.

You will analyze control frameworks, advise on remediation, and support governance with emphasis on Power BI and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires experience in IT risk, controls, and audit, with strong communication and independent working capabilities in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualifying experience in IT industry or graduate with substantial post-graduate IT experience.
• Good understanding of Group functions and IT processes.
• Experience on compliance projects, implementing policies and standards.
• Experience with IT controls, impact, risk relation, and cost balance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and key controls.
• Knowledge of MS Office products like Excel, Word, PPT, Visio, Outlook.
• Ability to communicate with a wide audience and influence action.
• Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team within a matrix structure.
• Experience with IT SOX Controls and IT SOX Compliance is an added advantage.
• Experience with IT Internal/External Audit is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that approved IT General controls are embedded in current service lines and processes.
• Produce structured analysis of remediation for non-compliance areas across control frameworks.
• Recommend improvements to DBS management on control measures.
• Support Compliance Manager and Head of Risk in maintenance and development of IT General Control.
• Contribute to first line of defense for compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Support delivery of action plans from controls health checks, IRI, Audit and SOX testing.
• Coordinate and supervise team work to ensure timely and professional delivery.
• Develop self and team through training and development in risk and internal controls.
