Job summary

Sinotron in Malaysia is seeking a copier/printer technician to join our service team. You will maintain and repair various brands of copiers and printers on-site at customer locations, ensuring quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ hands-on experience, familiarity with copier/printer software, and strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least SPM and above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience repairing copier machines.
• Experience with servicing Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Kyocera copier/printers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & hands-on repair/service any brand of copier machines/printers on-site.
• Conduct quality inspection upon stock arrival and test products.
• Provide technical advice and report on quality of samples/products.
• Resolve customer complaints for faulty products at customer premises when required.
• File and maintain samples sent for testing or faulty items.

• Any other tasks as assigned.
