Job summary

Mesiniaga Berhad is seeking an IT Technician to set up computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and peripherals in a manufacturing environment.

You will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, perform routine checks, respond to service issues via ServiceNow, and repair faulty components. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required; shift-based schedules apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting in manufacturing environments.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN).
• Familiar with ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.
