Job summary

Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to manage IT infrastructure and provide day-to-day system support for manufacturing operations. The role covers hardware, software, network, and security aspects, with emphasis on ERP/HR/production systems and IT project participation.

The position requires a Diploma/degree in IT or related field and 3–5 years of IT support experience in manufacturing. Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of network administration, Windows environment, hardware troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with ERP/MES/HR systems will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
