Job summary

Erudite Innovation in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of application and infrastructure projects from initiation to post-production support. You will develop detailed project plans, manage governance and risks, and collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to align solutions with objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent with CGPA 3.0 and above.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of application and infrastructure projects from initiation to post-production support.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, issue management, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, local IT teams, regional teams, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and drive solution design discussions.
• Provide technical advice and direction, guidance and support on technical related matters.
• Provide hands-on technical support and implementation activities, including: Application deployment and release management, Server and database upgrade coordination, Access control and ACL configuration review, Environment setup and migration activities, Coordinate and manage SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, VA/PT activities.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution during project implementation and post-production support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as part of project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of application and infrastructure projects from initiation to post-production support.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, issue management, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

• Coordinate and manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Testing (VA/PT) activities.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution during project implementation and post-production support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as part of project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent with CGPA 3.0 and above.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software development, application support, system implementation, or technical project delivery.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects independently from requirement gathering through production implementation.
• Strong hands‑on technical knowledge in one or more of the following .NET/Java/MS SQL or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience in infrastructure and technology refresh projects involving server upgrades and migrations.
• Ability to review architecture designs and provide technical recommendations for performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing technical and project management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self-driven, hands‑on, solution‑oriented individual who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with strong ownership mindset and commitment to project success.
