Job summary

GAMUDA is seeking an IT Business Support to provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to internal users. The role includes managing IT projects, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation of business systems and applications, with a focus on IT Application Management & Support for Leisure & Hospitality, Leasing, Retail & Malls.

The position will lead the application team, act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, and support deployment and maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the application team in managing, supporting, and maintaining all existing IT applications.
Serve as the Division’s business analyst supporting development, implementation, and enhancement of applications and processes.
Lead setup, configuration, administration, and support of business applications and systems (POS, Xilnex, Yardi).
Participate in application project implementations including installation, configuration, testing, and validation.
Coordinate with service providers and vendors to analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues.
Maintain high availability and reliability of application services.
Manage application upgrades, patches, and version updates.
Perform backup and restoration activities for applications.
Provide DR planning and recovery support.
Support budget planning and procurement for IT applications.
Ensure applications comply with governance, risk, security, and access reviews.
Perform other duties as required.
