Job summary
Sankyu Malaysia is seeking an IT Executive to support daily IT operations, including business applications, hardware and software maintenance, network administration, and user support. You will coordinate with Sankyu SEA and Japan IT teams to ensure reliable technology services.
The role requires a degree in IT/CS and 1–2 years of IT support experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Strong problem-solving, communication, and independence are essential for fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- 1–2 years IT support experience preferred; fresh grads encouraged.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 platform administration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain IT infrastructure and equipment.
- Manage network servers, software, services, and settings.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Write technical documentation for network systems and apps.
- Provide timely IT support to users for hardware, software and network issues.
- Monitor LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and resolve issues.
- Ensure IT systems comply with data protection regulations.
- Assist with IT projects and rollout of new solutions.
