Qualifications

- Hands-on ERP/SAP, M365, Windows/Linux administration, backups, and security.
- Certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Linux, Cisco, cloud) a plus.
- Interest in automation and AI-powered IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and infrastructure improvements.
- Participate in IT audits and security assessments.
- Support disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Document procedures and operational guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-powered operations.
