AGX Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking an Information Technology Support Executive. You will handle prompt IT support, troubleshoot hardware, software, CCTV, and network issues, and assist in managing internal systems and shipping platforms.

The role requires a degree in IT or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and there are opportunities to learn company systems and contribute to system enhancement projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 will be an added advantage
• Good problem-solving skills, responsible, patient, and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with internal users, vendors
• Willing to learn company systems and support system enhancement projects.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, CCTV and network issues.
• Support internal systems and shipping platforms.
• Coordinate with HQ IT team, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
• Assist in monitoring network stability, internet connection, server access, and system performance.
• Handle email account setup and management.
• Assist in data backup and cybersecurity measures.
