Job summary

AstraZeneca Malaysia invites applications for an IT Support Analyst to deliver local onsite and remote support to AstraZeneca personnel in Malaysia. The role covers incident resolution, service requests, and adherence to ITIL-aligned processes while maintaining high service levels.

You will work with a regional team, perform 2nd line desktop support, contribute to knowledge sharing, and participate in after-hours support as needed to ensure IT services remain available and secure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar IT support role.
• Diploma in Information Technology or related field; a degree is preferred.
• ITIL and Knowledge Training / Certification an advantage.
• Experience in an enterprise environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level / desktop support for PC/Workstation, mobile devices, and software installation.
• Walk-up and desk-side support for AstraZeneca staff.
• Manage incident and request tickets using ServiceNow.
• Assist IT Manager in managing the local team.
• Participate in project teams to deploy new systems and technology solutions.
