Job summary

AstraZeneca Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Specialist based in Mutiara Damansara to deliver local onsite and remote user support. The role involves resolving incidents and requests, coaching peers, and contributing to service improvements while adhering to ITIL-aligned processes.

You will provide walk-up and desktop assistance to AstraZeneca staff, manage ticket queues in ServiceNow, and work with the local team to ensure high availability of IT services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar IT support role.
• Diploma in Information Technology or related field; a degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd level/desktop support for PC/Workstation and mobile devices.
• Provide walk-up and desk-side support to AstraZeneca staff.
• Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow; document processes and knowledge articles.
• Mentor peers and users; deliver training and knowledge sharing.
• Assist IT Manager in rolling out projects and managing local team.
