Job summary

Enovix Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on Level 2 support for Windows laptops, desktops, shared production PCs, and peripherals at our Malaysia site, with responsibility for supporting users across global locations.

You will restore user and production capability and own incidents through diagnosis, escalation, validation, and closure. The role includes endpoint lifecycle management, patch testing, basic software deployment, and collaboration with Security

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and end-to-end incident management.
• Onsite work capability at Malaysia site, coordinating with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support for Windows laptops, desktops, shared production PCs, peripherals, and storage.
• Perform workplace engineering tasks including imaging, provisioning, and baseline configurations.
• Support manufacturing and shop-floor systems with minimal production disruption.
• Lead patching, security remediation, and vulnerability management for endpoints.
• Manage service quality, create knowledge artifacts, and collaborate with Global Service Desk and vendors.
