Job summary

PERSOL in Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Analyst on a 6-month contract to provide end-user tech support and assist with an ongoing system integration project.

The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with data migration, validation, vendor coordination, and user support, offering exposure to enterprise-level implementations for candidates with 1–2 years of IT support experience and knowledge of Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of IT Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience in Data Cleaning, Data Entry, Data Validation, End-User Support & IT Troubleshooting.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, laptops, desktops, and Microsoft Office-related issues.
• Resolve technical issues remotely and provide onsite support when required.
• Coordinate with external vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
• Support daily IT operations and ensure smooth business continuity.
• Perform data cleansing, data entry, validation, and migration activities.
• Support system integration and implementation initiatives.
• Collaborate with project vendors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with project coordination, testing, and user support.
• Ensure successful system rollout and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support (70%)

What We're Looking For
