Job summary

Businesslist is seeking an IT Support Analyst on a 6-month contract in Kuala Lumpur. You will support day-to-day IT infrastructure, user devices, and software applications, while assisting in data migration and issue resolution. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform IT project implementations tasks to meet specification, quality and deadline requirements
  • Data analysis, cleansing and migration to the new system
  • Handle user enquiries and provide solutions for known issues
  • Redirect and follow-up with vendor issues beyond the responsibilities of local IT
• Support day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure, user devices and software applications.
• Troubleshooting, setup – Hardware/software for network, server and client devices

Knowledge Requirements

• Microsoft 365, SQL, Power BI, client/server hardware & software
• IT backend infrastructure (networking, security, firewall)
• Degree in IT. Microsoft certification is an advantage

Skill Set Requirements

• Programming for report/application system
• Strong, technical, analytical and problem solving skills
