Job summary

Allianz in Kuala Lumpur seeks a QA/Test Analyst to support UI UAT for system development initiatives and ensure alignment with business requirements. The role covers testing activities across SAT/OPUS, plus involvement in campaign fulfillment to boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a IT-related degree and demonstrates critical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Provide UI UAT testing support for system development initiatives, including SAT/OPUS development and product UATs.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Campaign Management: Monitor campaign fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain brand reputation, and optimize operational efficiency.
