Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong Active Directory knowledge including domain accounts and DHCP maintenance.
• Experience with local and network printers, wired/wireless LAN configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with server and network infrastructure support at L2/L3 level.
• ITIL certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT-related problems from internal customers and troubleshoot them.
• Log and track incidents, service requests in ITSM system.
• Install, update, and configure software and hardware.
• Deploy and configure computers and peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams as needed.
• Provide clear status updates and resolutions to users.
• Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle, audits and documentation.
• Coordinate IT projects, office moves, and tech refresh initiatives.
