Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific Malaysia is seeking an IT Services Sales Specialist to drive business growth by selling IT solutions and services. You will support Sales Teams and Customers through the sales process, translating business requirements into technical specs and contributing to revenue growth.

The role requires a 3+ year track record in IT services sales, strong networking knowledge, and the ability to work independently to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in IT services sales or related fields.
• Deep understanding of customers' business and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in WAN & LAN networking products (Switch, Wireless AP, Router).
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and hardware.
• Develop technical proposals, including solution specifications, diagrams, and cost estimates.
• Knowledge of managed IT services and IT solutions.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and achieve sales targets and KPI in ITES services sales.
• Collaborate with Sales team to uncover, qualify and propose technology services opportunities.
• Respond quickly and accurately to queries from stakeholders.
• Present statements of work and solution design documents clearly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Customers, Sales, and FFBI operations teams.
• Provide consulting to customers where required.
• Assist with creation of proposals and tender responses.
