Job summary

Nippon Koei Mobility Sdn.Bhd. invites an experienced IT leader to oversee and enhance the company’s technology operations from Shah Alam. The role focuses on reliable IT infrastructure, security, and efficient solutions aligned with business goals.

You will manage Microsoft 365 services, vendor relationships, budget planning and DR planning, while guiding teams and ensuring compliant, secure systems in a hands-on environment. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or a related field.
• 4–6 years in IT management or senior IT roles with leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, databases and cloud.
• Experience with IT security, data protection and risk management.
• Proven project management skills and timely delivery.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• ITIL or security certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage IT infrastructure, networks and systems for optimal performance.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and standards.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors and procurement for cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning and backups.
• Monitor security and implement measures against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Oversee ERP and other business apps including access and availability.
• Lead IT projects from concept to delivery and ensure quality.
• Provide guidance on IT matters and emerging technologies.
• Maintain documentation for compliance and operations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 services and device lifecycle management.
