Job summary
San Soon Seng Food Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT Assistant Manager to lead our Information Technology department in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. This full-time role bridges daily IT operations with strategic technology initiatives, delivering reliable services while guiding the team through growth and transformation.
You will oversee networks, servers and security, manage budgets, vendor relationships and drive best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in IT support/IT administration or related role.
- Experience in supervisory/assistant management within an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure incl. networks, servers, systems administration and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux OS and Active Directory management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations and IT services delivery.
- Supervise, train, and mentor IT staff.
- Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and security.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices.
- Support planning, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and solutions.
