Job summary

Crédit Agricole CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Risk & Controls specialist to manage IT incidents and drive first- and second-line controls. You will work with IT, security, and operations to map risks, review control plans, and report findings.

Strong communication with senior management is required. Based in Putrajaya, the role emphasizes incident governance, risk mapping, and cross-functional collaboration within asset servicing, with standard working hours and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in Information Technology.
• Experience in risk and asset servicing preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 6 years experience in financial/IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate description of IT incidents detected by staff or IT teams.
• Lead the coordination unit between IT and operational staff in liaison with management.
• Confirm root causes of incidents and monitor corrective action plans.
