Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, based in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks an IT Risks Manager to strengthen the Risks & Controls team across technology and operations. You will manage IT incidents, coordinate with IT and operations, and monitor risk controls.

You will review risk mappings with IT and security, prepare reports for governance, and engage stakeholders to drive remediation and continuous improvement. Strong collaboration and analytical thinking are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Relevant risk and asset servicing experience preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 6 years experience in financial/IT industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operational Incident Management: ensure correct description of IT incidents detected by staff or IT teams.
• Lead coordination unit between IT and operations in liaison with management.
• Confirm causes of incidents are identified and action plans monitored and followed.
• Review 2.1 controls with IS & IT security; write reports and recommendations.
• Present consolidated results including Level 1 outcomes to committees.
• Support IT and security teams in risk mapping and challenge IT/security risk mappings.
• Follow up on errors to ensure consistency of recorded amounts with incident records.
• Draw up risk indicator reports and action plans.
