Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a skilled Risk & Controls professional to manage operational incidents, coordinate IT and business teams, and strengthen IT security controls. The role focuses on incident description, problem resolution, and risk mapping within a global asset servicing context.

You will support Level 2.1 controls, generate reports, and present consolidated results to committees while ensuring compliance with 1LoD requirements and cross-functional collaboration across IT and business

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in Information Technology.
• Preferably 6 years experience in the financial/Information Technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Operational Incident Management: ensure accurate description of IT incidents and coordinate IT and operations staff when needed.
• Level 2.1 Controls: review controls with IS and IT security, perform Level 2.1 controls, write reports, and present results.
• Risk Mapping: support IT and security teams in establishing and challenging IT and security risk mappings.
• Other work: follow up on errors to ensure consistency of incident records and report risk indicators.
