Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives enabling business transformation and operational excellence. You will manage cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include defining scope, overseeing multi-workstream projects, governance, and stakeholder communications. A strong background in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models, plus PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP or equivalent

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end software development or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing scope, budgeting, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business.
• PM/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with SDLC and technology delivery processes.
• Experience working within global or regional project delivery environments.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology delivery processes.
